Lakshmi Menon – High Anxiety

Lakshmi Menon is tensed and anxious. Normally actresses have butterflies in their stomach before the release of films. But Lakshmi is waiting with bated breath for her Class 10 exam results which are expected tomorrow (May 15)!

As her next film Kuttipuli inches towards its release, the actress seems least bothered and says that she has nothing else in mind right now other than the results.

She had a dream debut at the age of 14 with Kumki while she was studying in 9th standard followed by Sundarapandian, though the latter released first.

Now in Kuttipuli, Lakshmi is once again paired with Sasikumar and is said to be a very emotional entertainer. And with Sun Pictures as presenters and Red Giants distributing it, Lakshmi is sure going to go places.

Added to that she is currently working on Sippayi with Gautham Karthik and Manja Pai with Vimal. In June she will start work on Pandiyanadu with Vishal in Madurai.

Lakshmi Menon signs off by saying : “ First and foremost I hope to come out with flying colours in my exams. 2012 was a memorable year for me and I hope lady luck shines on me this year too”.
